Professional Development International, Ltd.                        (PDI LTD) comprises a network of independent consultants and professional educators who previously worked for premier international management consulting firms. Our faculty provide training and seminar instruction for corporate executives and managers in multinational corporations worldwide. We also work with all levels of professional staff in international management consulting firms — from new hire consultants to senior partners.

Our Faculty

Our faculty includes independent consultants and educators experienced in curriculum design, teaching, and seminar delivery. Our staff has delivered seminars world wide and collectively represent over forty years of experience in seminar design and delivery. They hold higher degrees from institutions that include Harvard, Columbia, and Oxford.

B. Nelson Ong, Ph.D.

Dr. B. Nelson Ong, founder of PDI, previously worked as a consultant to Booz•Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Dr. Ong has worked with individuals representing diverse backgrounds, industry and functional areas, and cultures, in fifteen countries (in South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific). He has served as a visiting lecturer in Management Skills in Oxford University’s M.B.A. degree programme and taught workshops in management consulting and communications to students in the University’s M.Phil program. Dr. Ong received an A.B.. magna cum laude  from Wabash College. He also received a B.A. and M.A. from Oxford University. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. 
Dr. Ong serves as the national secretary of the National Association of Scholars and is a member of both its board of directors and the executive steering committee. He has university teaching and administration experience and was the subject of an article in Entrepreneur magazine.
